Privacy Policy

The washing company you are a customer or employee of (the tenant) is the data controller for your personal data. Blankt (Texicon AS) is the data processor and processes the data on the company's behalf under a data processing agreement.

Privacy questions can be directed to the company you deal with, or to us at personvern@blankt.app.

Account data: name, email address, phone number and role.

Contact and address data: address, postal code and location for jobs.

Location data: employees' GPS position while working, used for the live map and route tracking.

Usage data: jobs, time tracking, checklists, deviations, absence, feedback and messages sent within the platform.

Technical data: IP address and browser type associated with sign-ins.

Provide and operate the service (performance of a contract).

Plan and follow up jobs, routes and staffing (legitimate interest / contract).

Send email and SMS notifications about jobs (contract, with the ability to opt out).

Security, debugging and abuse prevention (legitimate interest).

We never sell personal data. We share only with sub-processors needed to deliver the service: Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), cloud storage (S3-compatible) and Railway (hosting).

All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements and process data only on our instructions.

Account data is kept while the account is active. When an account is deleted, the associated personal data is removed.

GPS history is automatically deleted after 90 days, as it is not needed beyond that.

Some data may be retained longer where required by law (e.g. accounting).

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, data portability and to object to processing.

You can exercise access and erasure yourself: go to My profile and use “Download my data” or “Delete my account”.

You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Norway, Datatilsynet) if you believe the processing breaches data protection law.

We use only strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We use no tracking or advertising cookies, and no third-party analytics.

Data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, and access is role-based and scoped per company.
